Dudh Kunda Trekking passes through Kaku, Basa, Taksindu and Beni, taking you through dense forests of rhododendron and a variety of wildlife. Dudh Kunda (literally means milky lake) is believed to be a holy lake and the locals believe that taking a dip in the holy waters will have the wishes granted.

Dudh Kunda Trekking Itinerary

Day 01 : Kathmandu to Jiri drive by bus about 10 hrs and stay over night.

Day 02 :
Jiri trek to Shivalaya and stay over night

Day 03 :
Shivalaya trek to Goli School and stay over night

Day 04 :
GoliSchool trek to Goli gompa and stay over night

Day 05 :
Goli Gompa trek to Pike Peak (4100m) and stay over night

Day 06 :
Pike Peak trek to Junbensi and stay over night

Day 07 :
Junbensi trek to Thupten Cholling Gompa short walk and rest and stay over night

Day 08 :
Thupten Cholling Gompa trek to Yak Kharka and stay over night

Day 09 :
Yak Kharka trek to Dudh Kunda and overnight

Day 10 : Dudh Kunda trek
to Kharka and overnight

Day 11 :
Kharka Trek to Kalala Danda and overnight

Day 12 :
Kalala Danda trek to Khama and overnight

Day 13 :
Khama trek to Thudung Bhanjyang and overnight

Day 14 :
Thudung Bhanjyang trek to Jiri and overnight

Day 15 :
Jiri to Kathmandu drive by Bus to Kathmandu
