Naya Kanga Peak climbing known as Ganja La Chuli is a popular trekking peak in Nepal situated in Langtang region. Langtang is a popular destination for climbing snow peaks and spectacular panoramic of mountains in Nepal and Tibet. Easy access to the region and availability of snow peaks scattered around the acclimatization make this region an ideal destination for a mountaineer.
Many small peaks are this region requires no previous climbing experience. Naya Kanga is an attractive peak rising to the west of the Ganja La (5122m). Ascending to the Ganja La or the summit of Naya Kang offers you the spectacular panoramic views of the mountain in Nepal and Tibet including Langston Ri (6370m), Pemthang Ri ( 6836m) and Langtang 2 ( 6571m). To ascend this climbing, you will start your journey from Naya kanga via the north. East Ridge over a line on ice and snow. We follow the route of Langtang trek to Kyangjin (3749m) for the ascent of Naya Kanga. To the North above Kyangjin, there are several hills that provide both the magnificent views and acclimatization Northwest of Kyangjin ( 4700m) has two peaks, Yala peaks (5500m) and Tsergo Peak ( 5749m) that provide good climbing for acclimatization.
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.
Day 2: Details information regarding about the trip for basic preparation and make a permit.
Day 3: Drive Kathmandu to Syabru Besi.
Day 4: Shyabru best - Lama Hotel.
Days 5: Lama Hotel – Langtang.
Days 6: Langtang - Kyanjing Gompa.
Days 7: Kyanjing Gompa rest/acclimatization.
Days 8: Kyanjing Gompa - Naya Kanga Base camp.
Days 9: Naya Kanga rests in Basecamp.
Days 10: High camp.
Days 11: Attempt to the summit(extra day).
Days 12: Summit Naya Kanga and back to Base camp.
Days 13: Base camp - Kyanging Gompa - Langtang village.
Days 15: Lama Hotel - Syabru village.
Days 16: Shyabru village – Dhunche.
Days 17: Drive Dunche to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Days 18: Drive to airport for departure.
